LOSGS Renewable Energy Client launches IPO

Leonard, O'Brien, Spencer, Gale & Sayre, Ltd. client Agassiz Energy, LLC commence its Initial Public Offering of its equity on October 6th, 2006 after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared their filing effective. Agassiz Energy is seeking to build a 70 million gallon per year ethanol plant in Northwestern Minnesota. Attorney's
